1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MedSpa Listings ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using MedSpa Listings, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Medical spa services involve medical procedures that are only appropriate for adults.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
4. Listing Guidelines
Business owners must provide accurate, truthful information about their medical spa. Listings that contain misleading claims, false credentials, or inappropriate content will be removed. MedSpa Listings reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
5. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences. Fake reviews, reviews written by competitors, or reviews containing hate speech, personal attacks, or confidential information are prohibited and will be removed.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
7. Third-Party Advertising
This Platform displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide relevant advertisements. MedSpa Listings is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interactions with third-party ads are governed by the respective advertiser's terms and privacy policies. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on MedSpa Listings, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of MedSpa Listings or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer
MedSpa Listings is a directory and discovery platform. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. We do not endorse or guarantee any listed provider. Users should conduct their own due diligence.
10. Limitation of Liability
MedSpa Listings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction between users and listed businesses.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedSpa Listings, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
