Newport Skin Institute is hiring an Aesthetic Sales Consultant to manage patient consultations, treatment plan presentations, and closing bookings for our Newport Beach location. You'll be the bridge between our clinical team and patients, helping clients navigate treatment options and financing. Top performers earn $100K+ with our uncapped commission structure.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (medspa, cosmetic surgery, luxury retail, or high-ticket sales)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments (or willingness to learn quickly)
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent presentation and closing skills
- Professional, polished appearance
