Galleria Aesthetics Group is seeking an experienced MedSpa Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of our 6,000 sq ft facility in the Galleria area. You'll manage a team of 12 (injectors, estheticians, front desk), handle P&L, marketing coordination, inventory management, and ensure exceptional patient experience. Ideal candidate has 3+ years of medspa or healthcare management experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice management
- Experience with P&L management and KPI tracking
- Proficiency with practice management software (Nextech, PatientNow, or similar)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical spa regulations
- Bachelor's degree preferred (business, healthcare management)
