Gold Coast Skin & Laser on Michigan Avenue is hiring a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. You'll manage scheduling, handle patient inquiries, process payments, coordinate treatment plans, and assist with converting consultations into booked treatments. Strong sales aptitude and customer service skills are essential.
Requirements
- 1+ years of front desk or patient coordination experience (medspa preferred)
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
- Experience with scheduling software and CRM systems
- Comfort discussing aesthetic treatments and pricing with patients
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet booking targets
- Professional appearance and demeanor
